1. First of all, we clean the mushrooms. In slightly salted water we lower the purified honey agarics and bring to a boil. After the water boils, cook for about ten to fifteen, then the water will have to be drained. When the mushrooms cool down, cut them into two or three pieces. 2. Clean the onion and cut it with a short straw. In a heated frying pan in vegetable oil, for a minute or two, pass the onion, the fire should be medium. 3. We clean the potatoes and cut it into small cubes. Now add the potatoes to the onions and mix, prepare for fifteen minutes. Do not forget to mix. Add the pepper and salt. 4. The potatoes become soft, and the onion becomes golden in color. Add the cooked mushrooms to the frying pan. 5. Now add the sour cream and stir well. We cook another five to seven minutes with the lid closed. The fire should be small. 6. After the frying pan is removed from the fire, the contents are put into plates, we add fresh vegetables and greens.
