Cutlets from oat flakes with champignons Another variation on the theme of lean cutlets. This time in the composition: oat flakes, mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, onions and greens. Oatmeal in this case fulfills the mission of a chicken egg, that is, "binds" all the vegetables together. Sometimes, to fasten vegetable mince, add semolina or flour. But in this case, oat flakes also give a certain flavor basis. Breading can also be different: flour, ground breadcrumbs and even sesame seeds. If your vegetable stuffing turned out a bit thin and crumble in breading, such cutlets are extremely difficult - try adding a little flour. And if that does not help, then make pancakes from them! The cooking options are also optional: fry in a pan or bake in the oven. In general, the place for imagination in cooking is always vacant.
