Pancakes stuffed with pancakes

Products: pumpkin - 200 g, flour - 3 tbsp. spoon, milk - 2 tbsp. spoons, 1 egg.

Preparation: Pumpkin peel and grate, add sifted flour, milk, egg, salt and sugar - to taste, stir until smooth.
Pancakes fry on both sides in a hot skillet, greased, until golden brown.
Serve with sour cream.
