Ingredients:- Wheat flour 2 tbsp.
- Milk 120 ml
- Beer light 500 ml
- Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
- Strawberry 100 g
- Kiwi fruit 2 pcs.
- Persimmon 1 pc.
- Philadelphia cheese 100 g
- Sugar powder 1 tbsp. l.
- Cherry frozen 100 g
- Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To make the pancakes with the filling, you need to bake the pancakes on the beer; for the filling take fresh strawberries, kiwi, persimmons, Philadelphia cheese, powdered sugar; for syrup take frozen cherries without seeds and sugar.
- Step 2 First of all, prepare the syrup. Defrosted cherries with juice, (if juice is not enough, add 50 ml of water) place in the saucepan. Cook over low heat until the liquid thickens. Cool it down.
- Step 3 The cheese for the filling should be at room temperature. Put it in a bowl, mash, add the powdered sugar, mix to make the cheese mass elastic.
- Step 4 Fruits and berries wash. Dry it. Clear. To cut for a stuffing by thin bruskami.
- Step 5 With a rubber confectionery spatula or a tablespoon, apply evenly the cheese mass with a thin layer on the entire surface of the pancake.
