- egg - 1 piece
- milk - 1/4 cup
- water - 1/3 Glass
- vegetable oil - 1 st. a spoon
- flour - 2/3 Glass
- sugar - 1/4 Teaspoons
- salt - 1 pinch
- chocolate pieces - 1/2 cup
- fresh strawberries - 1 glass
- whipped frozen sugar icing - 3/4 Glass (unfrozen)
1) In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, water and vegetable oil. Add flour, sugar, salt and whisk until smooth. 2) On medium heat, warm up the pancake, grease with vegetable oil and pour in there 1 ladle of ready dough for pancakes. With each side fry until golden. 3) In a medium frying pan on a slow fire, melt chocolate pieces, remove from heat and set aside. 4) Fold the pancakes with a cylinder, pour melted chocolate. Decorate the pancake with strawberry pieces, put a layer of beaten sugar glaze on top and once again lubricate with melted chocolate.
