- Fillet of pollock - 400 Grams

- Olive oil - 40 milliliters
- Paprika dry - 2 teaspoons
The fillet of my Alaska Pollack, let the water drain. Vegetables washing, we clean. Vegetables cut into random large pieces and put them in a pan. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with olive oil. We put in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees. While the vegetables are baked - we rub the pollock fillets with a dry paprika. Leave the minutes for 10, so that the fish is soaked with spices. Lightly sprinkle with olive oil. When the vegetables are almost ready - we put the fish into the baking tray with them. Bake another 10 minutes at the same temperature. Alas, baked in the oven with vegetables, ready! :) Serve hot.
