- peach - 2 pieces
- red onions - 5 Art. spoons
- red sweet pepper - 1 Art. a spoon
- lemon - 1/2 Pieces
- green mint - 1/2 Art. spoons
- green coriander - 1/2 st. spoons
- ginger - 1 Art. a spoon
- sugar - 1/2 st. spoons
- Salt and pepper - - To taste
1. Half a lemon to separate and carefully squeeze out the juice from it. A small amount of pulp in it is allowed. 2. Sweet pepper, peaches, greens and ginger cut into small cubes, pour into a spacious container and mix. 3. Pour lemon juice into the mixture, add sugar, and salt and pepper (if desired). Gently stir salsa so as not to crush the pieces. 4. Allow the dish to stand for at least an hour and serve in a slightly chilled form.
