- cayenne sauce - 1/4 Cups
- olive oil - 1,5 st. spoons
- garlic powder - 1/4 Teaspoons
- chicken seasoning - 2 teaspoons
- water - 1 st. a spoon
- red pepper - 1 teaspoon
- tofu - 400 Grams (cut into 8 pieces)
- mango povschok - 1 pinch
- coriander leaves - 2 Pinches
Pour into a bowl of cayenne sauce. Add the olive oil. Add the garlic powder. Add chicken seasoning. Pour a little water. Add the ground red pepper. Cut the tofu into 8 rectangular pieces. Marinate tofu in hot sauce for about 5 minutes. Heat the frying pan over medium heat. Put the pieces of tofu into a frying pan. Fry on each side for about 3-5 minutes. Add a little spicy marinade and cook a couple more minutes. Sprinkle with mango powder and cilantro. Bon Appetit!
