1. Divide the eggs into squirrels and yolks. Beat the egg whites in a foam mixer in a bowl at high speed. 2. In a separate large bowl, mix milk, flour, baking powder, salt, rapeseed oil and egg yolks. Beat the mixer at low speed. Increase the speed to medium and mix until smooth. 3. Gently lay the egg whites into the dough and mix the mass by hand. 4. Pour 1/2 cup cooked dough over the heated waffle iron. Fry the wafers until cooked until they are browned. 5. Serve waffles with any fillings of your choice: it can be fresh fruit, whipped cream, bananas, nuts, watermelon and maple syrup.
