The recipe for pork chops with herbs and garlic Since childhood we have become accustomed to such culinary combinations as a cutlet with mashed potatoes, pasta with meat and, by all means, compote. Perhaps, all these dishes can rightly be considered a masterpiece of Soviet cuisine. "White wines - only for fish, red ones for meat only" - another questionable rule of Soviet culinary specialists. But times change and at the same time our taste preferences. Agree, life is the same type of food - at least boring. Fortunately, modern hostesses have access to the Internet, but here there is everything. In this recipe, we combined the meat with a garnish and baked them together. It turned out very tasty and unusual. This dish is suitable even for a festive table and the cooking process is not at all complicated.
Ingredients:- Pork pulp 400g
- Potatoes 4 pcs.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
- Garlic 1 clove
- Cheese Parmesan 80 g
- Butter 20 g
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Pepper black ground 3 pinch
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Step 1 For this recipe, take: pork fillet (we chose a tenderloin), 4 medium potatoes, egg, finely grated Parmesan cheese, butter, fresh parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Step 2 First of all, peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, fill with water, season with salt and cook for 30 minutes, from the moment of boiling.
- Step 3 Finely chop the parsley.
- Step 4 Mix the parsley with the squeezed garlic, half the cheese and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. You can grind all the ingredients in the blender.
- Step 5 Cut the meat into medium pieces and lightly beat them. Salt and pepper.
- Step 6 Pour the chops in the cooked pasta, squeezing well with your hands the breadcrumb mixture to the meat.
- Step 7 Fry the pork in a frying pan for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Step 8 Put the meat on a baking sheet.
- Step 9 With the boiled potatoes, drain the water. Add a piece of butter and let it melt a little.
- Step 10 Pound the hot potatoes in the mashed potatoes.
- Step 11 Take the egg and separate the protein from the yolk. Protein whisk the mixer to a state of tight foam.
- Step 12 Add the proteins in the puree and mix.
- Step 13 Whisk the yolks lightly with a whisk or a fork.
- Step 14 Add the yolks and the remaining half of the Parmesan cheese in the mashed potatoes. Stir.
- Step 15 Puree into a confectioner's bag. For each piece of meat squeeze out of the pastry bag of mashed potatoes. Bake for 25 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C.
- Step 16 Serve the dishes as a separate dish or with a vegetable green salad.
