Pie with coconut chips and nuts The pie is cooked with two kinds of nuts - almonds and hazelnuts, also coconut shavings and orange peel. He can for a long time become a favorite of everyday baking, as it makes it possible to "play" with taste thanks to the zest. Zedra can be used another - lemon or lime, but you need to have in the go, what exactly this component sets the main tone of the dish. The structure of the ready-made pie is remarkable in all respects: moderately juicy, not dry, but absolutely not wet. Very balanced density, as well as taste. Instead of soda, you can use a baking powder.
Ingredients:- Hazelnut 100 g
- Orange 1 pc.
- Coconut shaving 35g
- Sugar vanilla 0.5 g
- Soda 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar 125 g

- Step 8 Add the fresh orange peel to the yolks.
- Step 9 Add the yolks to the walnut-coconut mixture. Stir, but do not mix for long.
- Step 10 Add the whipped proteins, stir from top to bottom until smooth, keeping the dough fluffy. On a circle it is impossible to mix, only from above-down, thus a bowl to rotate round the center.
- Step 11 Put the dough in a slotted form, covered with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven to 170-180 ° C. Remove and cool.
