Baked pies with eggs and green onions These patties on the village symbolized the arrival of summer - onions in abundance and fun green onions, allowing the landlady to nibble his juicy feathers. Now these pies can be baked all year round, buying onions, along with the rest of the greens, in the vegetable department. The filling of onions and steep eggs is one of the favorites in our family, I increase its juiciness by adding butter or vegetable oil, spiciness - grated cheese.
Ingredients:- Wheat Flour 1.5 kg
- Milk 200 ml
- Water 300 ml
- Sugar 60 g
- Salt 20 g
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Yeast dry 10 g

- Green onion 2 bunch
- Butter 30 g
- Cheese hard 10 g
- Step 1 To prepare the dough, take flour, a mixture of milk and water, salt, sugar, egg, dry yeast, sunflower oil.
- Step 2 The filling will require eggs, green onions, butter, cheese, salt.
- Step 3 Prepare the spoon. Mix the milk with warm water. Add salt, sugar, butter, egg and some flour mixed with dry yeast. Put in a warm place, covered with a napkin.
- Step 4 When the opara rises and starts wandering - everything will go with large bubbles of air, add the rest of the sifted flour to it.
- Step 5 Well knead the dough to make it quite steep and not sticky to the hands.
- Step 6 Cover with a plastic bag - it is very convenient to punch straight through it - from above with a towel, put in a warm place to go. After about an hour the dough will rise, it needs to be beaten and left again for an hour.
- Step 7 In the meantime, cook hard-boiled eggs.
- Step 8 Cool the eggs, peel off the shell.
- Step 9 Grind eggs with a fork.
- Step 10 Finely chop the green onions.
- Step 11 Add the butter and grated cheese to the grinded eggs.
- Step 12 Mix and add chopped onions.
- Step 13 Stir the ground to a uniform consistency.
- Step 14 Put the dough on a table top or a board, lightly oiling your hands with vegetable oil - I do not use flour for dusting (as they do in the east), it saves from burning when frying. Roll out the dough with strands, which are cut into approximately the same parts - I like small pies.
- Step 15 Roll out each piece with a rolling pin.
- Step 16 Form the patties and lay them down on the greased baking sheet on the baking paper. Grease the surface of patties with beaten egg.
- Step 17 Let it rise and bake in a heated oven for about 30 minutes.
