- soy milk - 1 3/4 Cups
- water - 1/4 Glass
- apple cider vinegar - 2 teaspoons
- banana - 2 pieces
- rapeseed oil - 3 st. spoons
- maple syrup - 3 st. spoons
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- flour - 2 1/4 Cups
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- soda - 1 teaspoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- ground cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoons
- walnuts - 1 glass
- oil in a waffle iron spray - To taste
1. Finely chop walnuts. Preheat the waffle iron. 2. Pour soy milk, water and apple cider vinegar into a measuring cup. Leave aside. 3. Very well knead bananas in a large bowl. 4. Add the milk mixture, rapeseed oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract, mix. 5. Add flour, baking powder, soda, salt and ground cinnamon. Using a fork, mix all the ingredients together, but do not stir too long. 6. Add crushed nuts and mix. 7. Sprinkle the waffle iron in the sprinkler. Put about 1/3 cup of dough into the waffle iron. Bake until cooked. 8. Serve with banana slices and additional maple syrup.
