- Rice - 1 cup
- Pork forcemeat - 100 Grams
- Chinese sausages - 0.5 pieces (or any other Chinese dry meat)
- Black bean sauce - 1.5 Art. spoons
- Chinese cabbage - - To taste

Rinse thoroughly rice (4-5 times). Put on a slow fire. While the rice is boiled, cut the sausage and prepare forcemeat. Put the black bean sauce over the stuffing and smear a little.
