1. Sift the flour into a bowl and add sugar. Finely chop margarine and mix with flour until the consistency of crumbs. 2. In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolk, mayonnaise and water. Add the resulting mixture to the flour mass and knead the dough. Cover the dough with a plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for half an hour. 3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the dough in the mold, making small edges around the edges. Bake the dough for 10 minutes. Then get and prick the surface with a fork. 4. Lubricate the dough with mayonnaise or sauce. As a sauce you can mix sour cream with garlic, it will turn out very spicy. Put the champignons on the dough, then chicken and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for another 30 minutes. Cut pizza into slices and serve.
