In a bowl, mix yeast, warm water, sugar and half a cup of flour. Stir and leave for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, add the remaining two glasses of flour, olive oil and salt. Knead the soft dough (if the dough sticks to the hands and the work surface - add some more flour), form a ball from it, put it in a greased bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 2 hours. After two hours, roll the dough into a layer about 5 mm thick. Gently place the dough into a heart shape, cut off excess dough with a knife. We make small skirts. Sprinkle the dough with olive oil, sprinkle with chopped garlic. Mix the pizza sauce (for the lack of it you can use the usual ketchup) and the ricotta cheese until homogeneity. Lubricate the dough with a thick layer of the resulting sauce, top with a generous sprinkle of cheese. Do not spare any sauce or cheese - pizza should be juicy. If you want, you can add some other ingredients - sausage, sausages, mushrooms, chicken, vegetables ... However, I prefer margarita - pizza without additional ingredients, only dough, cheese and sauce. Bake for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.
