Prepare all the necessary ingredients (there is no paprika in the picture). The next step is to remove the skin from the tomato. To do this, we will make small cuts for the vegetable and not for a long time put it into boiling water. Skin can be removed easily. Rub cheese and finely chop garlic. Cut the tomato into 4 parts and remove the seeds. For the preparation of pate we will use only the flesh of the tomato. Put the tomatoes in a convenient dish or in a blender glass, add the garlic and hot pepper (to taste). Whisk to a homogeneous mass, pour a little olive oil. In the tomato mass, add cheese, salt, paprika, pepper. We again whisk each time the blender is washed. Ready pate from tomatoes we store in the refrigerator.
