Green snack roll The first thing that catches your eye in this dish is its green-and-white color scheme, underlined by thin strips of red. The combination of these colors provides three ingredients: spinach, cottage cheese and ham. Of course, this is not all components of the roll. In addition to these products, it also includes garlic and chicken eggs, but they determine the smell and consistency of the dish. In the taste of the roll, garlic cottage cheese comes to the fore, somewhat diluted with a neutral spinach cake with egg and ham flavor. In general, the roll is quite satisfying and appetizing. Rolls can be served as an independent dish, and as a complement to others.
Ingredients:- Spinach fresh 400 g
- Eggs chicken 5 pcs.
- Cheese hard 100 g
- Wheat flour 4 tbsp. l.
- Garlic 1 head
- Curd 400g
- Salt 3 pinch
- Ham 400 g
- Step 1 Main ingredients: spinach, eggs, ham, hard cheese, cottage cheese, flour and garlic.
- Step 2 Grind the spinach with a blender.
- Step 3 Whisk the eggs.
- Step 4 Grate the cheese on grater.
- Step 5 Pour the beaten eggs into the spinach.
- Step 6 Add the spinach to the hard cheese.
- Step 7 Add the flour and mix thoroughly.
- Step 8 The finished mixture is poured onto a baking tray covered with foil (I have a size of 20x35 cm and a thickness of 1-1.5 cm). We put in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.
- Step 9 After the spinach cake is ready, it must be removed and along with the foil and put on a damp towel.
- Step 10 You need to wait a bit until the cake cools down, and then separate it from the foil. After roll the cake in a roll and wait until it is completely cooled.
- Step 11 Cut the ham thinly.
- Step 12 Squeeze the garlic through a press.
- Step 13 Add the garlic to the cottage cheese and mix thoroughly. Also add salt to taste.
- Step 14 We turn the cooled cake and lubricate it with the curd mixture.
- Step 15 Over the curd we spread the slices of ham and roll the smeared corn again into a roll.
