Salad for the holiday This salad can be cooked very quickly. It is economical in terms of the composition of the products. Due to the presence in the salad of apples and mustard dressings, it is juicy enough. Dried fruits create perfect harmony with meat and greens. All loved ones really liked this salad. Ingredients:- Prunes 30 g
- Cranberry dried 30 g
- Apple 1 pc.

- Chicken 300g
- Breadcrumbs 50g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Flour, wheat 50 g

- Mustard Dijon 1 tbsp. l.
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Mustard French (with grains) 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To make a salad, you need to take chicken fillets, dried prunes, dried cranberries, apple, lemon, olive oil, salt, a mixture of peppers; for the sauce take mustard, lemon juice, olive oil; flour for flour, egg, bread crumbs.
- Step 2 Pour hot water over the dried fruits. Wash. Dry it. Cut the prunes into slices.
- Step 3 Apple choose green and juicy, cut into thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
