Portion "Anthill" Surely the cake "Anthill" reminds many about childhood. It is prepared simply, and in the end it turns out to be incredibly tasty! To the main test, you can add poppy seeds, nuts, dried fruits, lemon or orange peel, thereby giving it new flavors! Since this cake is sweet enough, you can not eat it much. Therefore, I decided to prepare it in portions, in the form of cupcakes - mini anthill. More traditionally, the "Anthill" is simply laid out with a large slide on a dish.
Ingredients:- Boiled Condensed Milk 400g
- Butter 150 g
- Walnut 100 g
- Butter 200 g
- Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
- Baking powder 2 tsp.
- Flour, wheat 400 g
- Vanillin 2 pinch
- Step 1 We will need: butter (softened for cream and melted for dough), flour with baking powder and vanillin, sugar, nuts and condensed milk.
- Step 2 Sift the flour, baking powder and vanillin.
- Step 3 Melt the butter (200 g) with sugar.
- Step 4 Begin to pour in flour and stir.
- Step 5 Mix the crumbly dough.
- Step 6 We roll the dough into balls, wrap it in a food film and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Step 7 When the dough solidifies, rub it on a large grater or let it through a meat grinder. Spread the crumbs on a baking sheet and put it in a preheated oven for 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
- Step 8 We start to prepare the cream. We grind in a combine or grind in a mortar a nut.
- Step 9 Whisk with a mixer the softened oil (150 g) and boiled condensed milk.
- Step 10 Add the nuts and mix. The cream is ready.
- Step 11 Put the baked crumbs into a bowl, then crush it with a spoon.
- Step 12 We fall asleep in the cream and mix well.
- Step 13 Put the dough into a silicone mold or simply a large slide (resembling an anthill) on a dish and put in the refrigerator for a day. Anthill is ready. Bon Appetit!
