Juicy and nutritious Steak is, perhaps, one of the most delicious and popular meat dishes. Most often it is a thick, grilled piece of beef, lightly grilled or on a special frying pan, carved from a certain part of the meat carcass. However, variations in steaks may be mass, and it can be prepared from more tender meat, for example, from pork. Steaks are served with light side dishes, because the meat itself is already very fatty and nutritious. It is best to serve a special steak sauce, which tones the taste of meat and makes it even more juicy and fragrant. To prepare a steak, a lot of time is not needed, but the sauce will leave, at least, half an hour. This extra time we will not waste, and spend on marinating meat, after which it will become even more tender and tasty.
Ingredients:- Pork pulp 500g
- Mint dry 2 tsp.
- Basil dry 2 tsp.
- Lavender dry 1 tsp.
- Carnation 3 pcs.
- Mustard 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 4 pinch
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Table vinegar 0.5 tbsp. l.
- Salt 4 pinch
- Tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Plum 4 pcs.
- Pepper spicy 0.5 pcs.
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
- Step 1 For 2 portions of meat with sauce we need: 4 thick portions of pork (preferably cut across the fibers), 2 tomatoes, 4 large plums, a piece of hot pepper, dried mint, basil, lavender, cloves, fresh parsley, mustard.
- Step 2 In a container with cold water we put mint, basil, lavender and cloves (you can use other dry herbs that you love). Add a teaspoon of vinegar and put the meat in the tank. Leave to marinate for about 1 hour.
- Step 3 While the meat is marinated, let's make sauce. Blanching tomatoes and plums, we remove the skins. Finely chop the pulp of plums, tomatoes and hot pepper.
- Step 4 Put the sliced ​​vegetables and fruits in a saucepan, put on a strong fire. When the sauce boils, reduce the fire to medium. Sauce is often desirable to interfere.
- Step 5 After 10-15 minutes, crush the mashed potatoes with mashed potatoes. Again, stir, add parsley, salt and sugar to taste. The sauce should be cooked until thickened, that is, about 45 minutes.
- Step 6 We take the meat, soak it with a napkin and lay it on the table. Mustard mixed with spices and rub this mixture with meat.
- Step 7 Fry the meat in a heated frying pan with a small amount of vegetable or olive oil for 4-5 minutes on each side. First 2 minutes on one side, then 2 minutes on the other, and then repeat this procedure again.
- Step 8 If you cook in a frying pan for steaks or on a grill, then after each overturning, the meat needs to be shifted by 90 degrees, so that in the end a beautiful net is obtained. We serve meat with sauce and seasonal vegetables.
