With a lemon neatly take the zest. From the lemon squeeze juice. In a blender, put lemon peel, currant and sugar. We pour in a glass of boiling water and use a blender to crush everything to homogeneity. Then pour in the same 800 ml of cold water and lemon juice. Beat again. The resulting mixture is filtered through a sieve or colander. Morse is cooled and served to the table.
