Eggs boil hard. We chop the ham into large cubes. Large enough to cut a green onion. We chop the mushrooms. I had small champignons, so I cut each fungus in half. If you have bigger champignons, cut them into four parts. In any case, too finely chop it is not necessary - otherwise it's not a salad "Dubok". Boiled eggs are cleaned and coarsely chopped. Mix all the cut ingredients in the salad bowl. We fill the salad with mayonnaise (I also added red pepper for my taste - I like it spicy). Salad "Dubok" is ready. It will be tastier if you do not serve it immediately, but beforehand, soak in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
