- softened butter - 8 Art. spoons
- cream cheese at room temperature - 90 Grams
- sugar - 3 items. spoons
- egg - 1 piece
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- orange peel - 1/2 teaspoons
- flour - 1 1/3 Cups (plus 4 teaspoons)
- salt - 1/4 teaspoons
- jam - 1 To taste
1. Mix the butter and cheese together with a mixer until smooth. Add sugar and whisk for 1 minute. Add egg, vanilla extract, orange peel and salt, beat. Then add the flour and whip. The mixture should be slightly sticky. If the dough is too sticky, add an extra 1 tablespoon of flour. Dough wrap in polyethylene and put in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees F. Roll the dough on a well-floured surface to a thickness of 6 mm. Using a circular cutter, cut the dough into circles. Spoon the jam in the center. 2. Fold the dough from three sides into a triangle and tighten the corners, leaving the filling in the center open. Put on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 3. Bake the biscuits in the oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Allow to cool on a baking sheet before serving.
