- flour - 1/2 cup
- cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
- baking powder - 3/4 Teaspoons
- cinnamon - 1/8 teaspoons
- salt - 1/4 teaspoons
- butter - 1 Art. a spoon
- sugar - 1/3 Glass
- extract of vanilla - 1/4 teaspoons
- milk - 1/4 cup (whole)
- white chocolate - 1/4 cup
- granulated sugar - 21/2 Art. spoons
- light brown sugar - 21/2 Art. spoons
- water - 3/4 Glass (boiling)
Make the dough. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees with the counter in the center. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl, set aside. Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla in another bowl. Add a mixture of flour and milk with chocolate. Make a sprinkle. Mix the sugar in a small bowl. Sift the cocoa powder into the sugar, mix. Place 3 forms for pudding on a baking sheet. Pour the dough into the molds. Sprinkle on top with a mixture of sugar and cocoa. Pour 1/4 cup of boiling water into each mold. Bake for 25 to 28 minutes. Decorate with vanilla ice cream and serve immediately.
