Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil with 3 grains of popcorn in a large saucepan over medium heat. When the grains begin to burst, add the remaining 1/2 cup corn kernels. Cooking popcorn, covered with a lid, from 6 to 7 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, let the corn stand under the lid for 1 minute. Mix the chilli powder, ground cumin, salt and lime and zest in a small bowl. Stir hot popcorn with the remaining tablespoon of oil in a large bowl, sprinkle with a mixture of spices. Squeeze juice from lime to popcorn. Stir and serve.
