Raspberry juice is done this way: 1. Raspberry needs to be rinsed well in a colander, cleaned from bad Ingredients: Instructions

Raspberry juice is made as follows: 1. Raspberry should be washed well in a colander, cleaned of bad berries and other debris. 2. Then the berry should either be crushed with a pestle, or crushed with a blender and placed in an enamel pot with pre-hot (but not boiling) water. 3. When the berry is already in the pan, you should gradually increase the fire, but do not allow the juice to boil. The contents of the pot should be stirred periodically. Boil the juice for about 20 minutes. 4. Remove the pan from the fire and drain the juice into another saucepan, filter it, and bring it back to a boil, immediately pour into previously sterilized jars and roll them. The juice should be pasteurized at a temperature of 85 degrees: half-liter cans - 15 minutes, liter - 20 minutes, three-liter - 30 minutes.
