Salad with shrimps In this salad you do not want to change or add anything. It is not that it is perfect, but it is harmonious for sure. In its composition there are no unavailable ingredients, it is simple and concise. Particular attention should be paid to the sauce - it perfectly complements the taste and is combined with vegetables and shrimps. Of course, the more shrimp, the more delicious. But not always this can be found in the supermarket. Especially, often you have to be satisfied with the ice cream product. That's really who should be jealous, so it's for those who live by the sea. But if your fate is a supermarket, here are some tips on how to choose the right product: never take a shrimp with a black vein on your back, and if it's ugly - remove it before cooking; say that producers from South-East Asia stuff shrimps with antibiotics - be vigilant; pass by the shrimp, which are sold for weight and are "packaged" in the ice, why should you pay for it? Well, of course, the label: it can tell a lot or nothing at all. In the first case, read carefully and analyze, and in the second - give up such an unknown purchase.
Ingredients:- Shrimp frozen frozen 200 g
- Tomatoes 200 g
- Cucumber 2 pcs.
- Fresh dill 15 g
- Pepper black ground 4 pinch
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
- Mayonnaise 100 g
- Garlic 1 clove
- Sugar 0.5 tsp.
- Salt 4 pinch
- Step 1 For the salad you need products such as shrimps, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, dill, tomato paste, garlic, mayonnaise (sour cream or yogurt), sugar, salt, pepper.
- Step 2 Put shrimps in salted boiling water for 1 minute, recline in a colander and drain.
- Step 3 Tomatoes scald with boiling water, peel and remove the core with seeds (useful for sauce). Peeled tomatoes cut into slices.
- Step 4 Cut cucumbers into large strips.
- Step 5 In the bowl, mix the tomato coriander with tomato paste, peeled garlic, sugar and salt. All the ingredients are ground with a blender.
- Step 6 Add the mayonnaise and beat again. Let it brew.
- Step 7 Wash dill, dry with paper napkins and finely chop with a knife.
- Step 8 Serve the salad. To do this, lay the cucumbers, top the tomatoes and sprinkle with dill. Spice up.
- Step 9 Put the prawns on the vegetables, pour the sauce over the salad, pepper again and serve like that.
