Tomlled pork Recipe from the minimum of ingredients - meat, spices, salt. The result exceeds expectations, as it turns out an excellent addition to everyday dishes, meat can be added to cereals, spread on bread, like putty. According to taste and structure, such meat resembles something between the chill and the stew. I added juniper berries, as they had me. Instead of them it is quite possible to use sweet pepper peas. The meat turns out to be very delicate, it practically crumbles under a knife!
Ingredients:- Pork meat on bone 400 g
- Juniper 3 pcs.
- Bay leaf 1 pc.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Step 1 Prepare meat, bay leaf, juniper (bumps).
- Step 2 Wash and dry the pork, place it in a bag for baking, put the laurel leaves, juniper, and a little salt there. The package must be tightly tied, as much as possible releasing air from it.
- Step 3 Put in another ordinary food package. Just tighten up. Put into water and cook for about 4 hours on a low heat. Allow to cool.
- Step 4 Remove the meat from the bags. Formed juice must be preserved, spices can be removed. Remove the meat from the bone and chop it finely.
- Step 5 Put the meat in a suitable size, pour the remaining meat juice.
