Sometimes you can afford to have a bite with some fruit or directly raw pumpkin. However, if you want to lose weight enough, you will also have to give up sweet fruit. The diet is a series of cycles, which consist of four days. As soon as the fifth, ninth and respectively thirteenth day of the diet comes, the cycle should be started from the very beginning. Breakfast should always start with a salad and pumpkin with vegetables or fruits. One of the main rules: no dinner after six o'clock in the evening.

First day
Breakfast : salad from a pumpkin or from carrots, which can be filled only with lemon juice. Pumpkin porridge (in order to cook it, you have to cook two hundred grams of pumpkin for thirty minutes, cut in the form of cubes in water, then add cereals (you can choose a tablespoon of rice or oatmeal). half an hour to stew the porridge and a little salt). Those who do not eat vegetable food, you can add a little milk, but necessarily fat-free.

Lunch : pumpkin soup with carrots, bell peppers and zucchini. If you want you can add more and potatoes. Cook this soup on low heat, and before you start to cook it, you need to add a spoonful of any vegetable oil, as well as greens, tomatoes and of course a little salt for taste.

Pumpkin salad with apple. In order to prepare a salad, it is enough to grate the pumpkin and apple on a grater and add lemon juice or fat-free yogurt.
