WHAT DO YOU NEED:

• 800 g of pork tenderloin
• 2 tomatoes
• 2 red onions
• 200 g of string beans
• 3 tbsp. l. tomato paste
• 50 grams of grated Russian cheese
• 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
• salt, pepper to taste

WHAT TO DO:


1. Pork cut into small pieces. Peel onion, cut into cubes. Cut the same tomatoes into cubes. Cut beans into 3-4 pieces.

2. Heat oil in a frying pan, put pork and fry, stirring occasionally, 8 min. Add the tomatoes and onions, cook 5 minutes. Put the beans, season with salt and pepper, mix and cook for 4 more minutes.

3. Add the tomato paste, mix, cook for 5 minutes. Lay the meat with vegetables in pots, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in a preheated oven for 200 ° C for 10 minutes.
