1. First of all, we wash the potatoes, then we clean it and chop it into rather large pieces. We set to cook in a saucepan, water should be poured a little. 2. Now we make mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes in salted water. In mashed potatoes, break the egg, add flour and spinach. We mix everything well, we should get a homogeneous mass. When using fresh spinach, it should be blanched minutes one or two in boiling water, then finely chopped. Frozen spinach should be simply removed from the freezer and thawed. 3. From the prepared mass, we form balls, about the size of a walnut. 4. In a saucepan with boiling salted water, we lower the balls in small portions. Cook until the balloon floats.
