Pizza with pesto sauce Without pesto sauce, it is not possible to imagine Italian cuisine, as, indeed, without pizza. And what will happen if they are put together? In my opinion it's just "bellissimo". Pine nuts, fragrant green basil, Italian gold - olive oil, tomatoes, mozzarella, rich pecorino or parmesan, spicy capers, oregano and all this on a crisp thin dough. It's worth a try.
Ingredients:- Yeast, dry 4 g
- Flour, wheat 250 g
- Water boiled 90 ml
- Salt 1 pinch
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Basil green fresh 1 bunch
- Cheese Parmesan 50 g
- Cedar nuts 3 tbsp. l.
- Garlic 3 denticles
- Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Basil fresh green 10 g
- Tomatoes 5 pcs.
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Capers 20 g
- Oregano dry 2 g
- Mozzarella cheese 150g
- Step 1 For pizza cooking, you will need flour, dry yeast, water, salt, olive oil, Parmesan, pine nuts, garlic, basil, green tomatoes, Mozzarella cheese, capers and black pepper.
- Step 2 Prepare the dough. Pour the flour on the table and make a groove in the middle with your hand.
- Step 3 Then add warm boiled water and remove the flour from the edges with a spoon, mix. Then add salt, olive oil and yeast.
- Step 4 Collect the flour from the edges with a spoon.
- Step 5 When it becomes difficult to work with a spoon - knead the dough with your hands to a uniform elastic state, then put it in a bowl of floured flour, cover with a wet towel and put in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.
- Step 6 While the dough is suitable, you can prepare pesto sauce and tomato paste.
- Step 7 After the dough has risen, rub the table with flour and roll out the dough with a rolling pin in the direction from the middle to the edges. A few times to throw in the air, slapping the palms into the middle of the cake. This way you add playfulness to the process, and the pizza will be thin in the middle, and along the edges with fluffy sides, which will help the filling not flow out.
- Step 8 Transfer the cake to the mold, blended with flour and grease with tomato sauce.
- Step 9 Then thinly chop the tomatoes and top off the oregano.
- Step 10 Distribute the mozzarella layer.
- Step 11 And then spread out the pesto sauce evenly.
- Step 12 Next, lay out the capers and top off with Parmesan. Cedar nuts can be used instead of capers. And sprinkle the pizza with olive oil, especially the sides to make them golden and mouth-watering. Preheat the oven to 200 C and send the pizza there for 20 minutes.
