Potato Salad In my opinion, this salad is an excellent snack for hot drinks and is associated with the cold season, when we eat a lot of hearty and fatty foods. Judge for yourself - sausage, pickled cucumbers, onions and potatoes, dressed with olive oil and mustard, all this is more like a second dish than a salad. By the way, onions, which in the salad quite a bit loses its sharpness due to refueling, almost immediately it becomes pickled. This dish I recommend to fans of fat and spicy, or German cuisine.
Ingredients:- Potatoes 4 pcs.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Smoked sausage 100 g
- Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs.
- Mustard French (with grains) 1 tsp.
- Fresh dill 20 g
- Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
- White wine vinegar 15 ml
- Mustard French (with grains) 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare a salad you will need: potatoes, sausage, onions, pickled cucumbers, dill greens and grain mustard. Refueling consists of olive oil, wine vinegar, mustard, salt and black pepper.
- Step 2 To begin, boil the potatoes until done.
- Step 3 While the potatoes are being brewed prepare the remaining ingredients of the salad. Sausage cut into strips.
- Step 4 Chop the onion into thin rings.
- Step 5 Cucumbers as well as onions thinly chop.
- Step 6 There is time to prepare and refuel, for this you only need to mix all the ingredients in a bowl: 1 tbsp. l. wine vinegar, 4 tbsp. l. olive oil, salt, pepper black ground and grain mustard.
- Step 7 When the potatoes are cooked, it should be cooled, cleaned and cut into large slices or slices, but I did all of these operations with hot potatoes, perhaps in the neighborhood with it, the onion in the salad lost its sharpness and quickly absorbed the dressing.
- Step 8 Fold all the ingredients in a bowl, (do not forget about 1 tsp of mustard), season the salad and mix.
