Prevention of harmful dust properties

It is believed that in an apartment of up to 150 square meters. For the year about 20 kg of dust is collected. It appears regardless of the time of the year, the weather, and even if the apartment is locked tight, all doors and windows are closed, there will still be no escape from it. Where does the dust appear in such quantities, and how does it accumulate? Prevention of harmful properties of dust will never interfere, especially if you are accustomed to living in perfect purity.

During the eruption, one volcano throws into the atmosphere 18 cubic kilometers of crushed rock, with some of this mass flying to a height of 40-50 kilometers. Such dust can circulate on the planet for three years. In the second place - the Sahara desert. The wind annually raises from its surface from 60 to 200 million tons of dust. The third powerful source is the soil and oceans. The latter throw small crystals of salts into the air. As a result, up to 10 billion tons of salt dust particles fall into the atmosphere per year. Do not forget about the local sources of "dust production." For example, nearby factories, plants, as well as plants, trees ... Dust flies from abrasion against asphalt and concrete car tires. Even the man himself is an indefatigable creator of dust! In its particles, you can find a whole table of Mendeleyev: Arsenic, lead, and potassium perfectly coexist here. And we breathe all this "wonderful" cocktail!

The most unpleasant thing that lives and reproduces in the dust - it's dust mites, which are without demand populate the square meters of your apartment. They like bed linens, soft toys, carpets, furniture. Under a microscope, only one gram of dust experts counted 2,500 mites. The worst thing that harms a person's health is not the mite itself, but the products of its vital activity and the decaying corpses of small parasites. Getting through the nasal ways into the body, they cause a cold and a variety of allergies, asthmatic attacks, eczema, acne, chronic rhinitis.

Dusty work

Of course, getting rid of dust is forever impossible, but there are ways to significantly reduce its amount. Fight this evil can and should be, so that your house is rightfully considered a fortress.

Choose furniture from the skin: it is easier to take care of, it can be wiped and do not resort to cleaning. If the furniture you have from the fabric, it should be covered with a leather case. Remove the carpets at least from the walls - they accumulate a lot of dust. If carpets lie in your house on the floor, be sure to wash them with a special tool from dust mites. Moisturize the room: use a special humidifier or spray. Dust settles less on the wet surface. Keep track of your skin. Do not allow it to dry and peel. After all, the particles of your skin are a favorite treat for dust mites.

Who lives in the teremochke?

But not only dust mites are the cause of health problems! In some parts of our apartment, fecal bacteria, a family of candida bacteria and salmonella are located.

Kitchen gatherings

In the kitchen there are many dangerous bacteria for health. They prefer to settle where there are food leftovers and a little moisture. Salmonella, electrococcus, streptococcus like to be placed on a sponge for washing dishes. Many of us use this sponge also to wipe the table while blurring all these harmful microorganisms. Bacteria can cause a lot of problems in the human body: from the E. coli to pneumonia. The bacteria get on the sponge from dirty fruits, raw meat, which we put on the countertop and, wiping it, we populate the new "households." It is important that, as a rule, we use the same sponge for more than one month. Another favorite habitat for bacteria in the kitchen is, of course, a cutting board. "The fact is that we take the same board for cutting vegetables and meat. And after use, just rinse it, instead of thoroughly washing it. As a result, on the cutting board settles bacteria more than under the rim of the toilet in the public toilet! If you use a sponge for a while, it is best to periodically disinfect it. To do this, put the sponge in a bowl of water and heat for 2 minutes - the bacteria die at a temperature of more than 40 degrees. Wipe the worktop by first applying a cleanser with a small amount of chlorine (or 3% hydrogen peroxide) to the sponge. Use whenever possible separate boards for vegetables and meat. And after each treatment, clean them with a disinfectant (for washing dishes).

Wet bandits

Microbes and bacteria are very fond of moisture and cold. Therefore, for them, the bathroom in your home is a five-star hotel, where they are ready to live forever. And, of course, not only under the rim of the toilet, but also on the surface of the bath. When you wash, then remove from yourself particles of skin that contain soaked in dirt for a day, in which there are salmonella, candida, and electrococci. They settle on your bath and are not washed off with plain water. As for the toilet, there are a lot of fecal bacteria (advertising did not deceive anyone). When draining water in the toilet in the air is thrown out a huge number of them. Bacteria, they say, "flutter" through the air, and then settle on all surrounding objects, including towels, combs and, most importantly, toothbrushes. As a result, a person may have periodontitis, stomatitis or indigestion. After all, no toothpaste is able to kill these bacteria. Wash the tub and toilet with a special cleaner containing chlorine (this may be a powder or liquid detergent), at least 2 times a week. Toothbrush, combs store in a separate lockable locker, towels should be changed at least 3 times a week, do not go to the bathroom in the outer clothing! Prevention of harmful dust properties will be better and more effective if you listen to our recommendations.
