We will prepare salad from such beautiful tomatoes of different colors. This is no exotica - such tomatoes are grown by ordinary summer residents in the southern latitudes of Russia, throughout Ukraine. To begin with, you need to thoroughly rinse the tomatoes and clean them from the tails. Cutting the hard root of the ponytails, cut each tomato into 4-8 pieces, depending on its size. Now focus: put the tomatoes in a colander, sprinkle with salt and leave it for 10-20 minutes. Tomatoes will start to give juice - so that it is not spilled, you can save it and use it in cooking some other dish (just put the pot under the colander and everything). In the meantime, thin the rings, cut the arrows of the green onions and finely chop the garlic. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar and oregano. Within a minute, actively stirring a whisk - mixing olive oil and balsamic vinegar is not so simple, so you need to try, otherwise the marinade will turn out not too tasty. The resulting sauce is mixed with onion and garlic, and then mixed with tomatoes, which in a colander got rid of excess juice. A good mix - and, in fact, the salad is ready. In an amicable way, it should be put for 10 minutes in the refrigerator, but I never did it - I started eating immediately ... :)
