- Celery roots - 400 Grams

- Sour cream - 1 st. a spoon

Celery and potatoes are cleaned and cut into large pieces. Fill the peeled celery and potatoes with cold water, bring to a boil, salt and cook for another 15-20 minutes - until the softness of the vegetables. The broth is drained (leave very little), add sour cream and butter to the saucepan. With the aid of a crush we knead vegetables in a mash. If desired, if the puree is too thick, you can add a little warm milk. Done!
