In warm water we dissolve salt and sugar. In the same water we add yeast, we dissolve. We add first half of the flour, oregano and olive oil. Mix well, then mix the remaining half of the flour and knead the dough. Mesem dough on the flour-padded surface until it stops sticking to your hands. Then leave the dough in a warm place - let it come. This will take another 20-30 minutes. When the dough is suitable, it will need to be thoroughly kneaded and left for another 10 minutes. Then divide the dough into 4 parts, each of which is divided into 5 parts. From each roll an oblong rod in the form of grissini (see photo). Determine the length yourself (someone likes longer, someone shorter), but keep in mind that the dough will still work, and the sticks will increase slightly. Bake grissini for about 20-25 minutes at 240 degrees. Then we take out of the oven, we cool it - and you can serve. Bon Appetit! :)
