Refreshing Diet

This diet is best used in the season of vegetables, twice a week for a month.


1st breakfast : 1 cup sour milk (curdled milk) or a glass of slightly warm water, sweetened with a spoonful of honey.

2nd breakfast : 1 glass of fruit juice or some fruit or vegetables in raw form.

Lunch : salad from raw vegetables (green salad, green onions and garlic, radish, cucumbers, parsley, dill, spinach, cabbage) and 1 glass of fruit juice.

Dinner : muesli. 1 tablespoon oat flakes pour for 12 hours 3 tablespoons of cool water.

Before serving, add 1 tablespoon of honey, half or whole lemon juice, stir gently, grate about 200 g of unpurified apples or other fruits and lay them on oatmeal. Sprinkle top with 1 tablespoon crushed walnuts, almonds or peanuts.
