Manicure with raspberry - step by step recipe

There is nothing difficult in our recipe, bake mannik with raspberries quickly and simply. You just need to collect a small basket of raspberries, and all the other products can easily be found on the shelves of your own kitchen. Our recipe is suitable for cooking in a multivark.

Necessary ingredients:

Step-by-step instruction:

In a deep bowl, mix sugar and soft butter. Products should not be ground until complete dissolution of sugar crystals, mix thoroughly enough.

Separate the yolks from proteins and put them on the sugar mass, and the separated proteins are sent to the refrigerator.

Important! The lushness and height of the mannik depends on the freshness of the eggs. They must be added to the dough by the "biscuit principle" - yolks apart from proteins. If the eggs are not divided into parts, the mannik will turn out to be solid.

Add sour cream, you can take the product with any percentage of fat. The only condition is that sour cream should not be too acidic. We knead the basis of the test.

We combine the semolina with the baking powder, it is best to produce these manipulations in a separate container. Manka is not flour, it needs to be mixed thoroughly, so that the powder of the baking powder is evenly distributed between the grains.

Add the manga to the sour-egg mass, stir and leave for 15 minutes. During this time, the croup will swell and become softer.

We get the proteins out of the refrigerator and beat them with a blender to a thick foam.

Mix the proteins with the dough.

The form for baking is lined with culinary parchment, then there will be no problems with the separation of the mannik from the rims. The dough is divided into three parts. On top of the first layer of the test lay out the raspberry filling. The berries must be whole and dry. Cover the crimson layer with the second portion of the dough. Again we put berries, we pour out the remained dough. The surface of the mannik is leveled and sprinkled with sesame seeds.

We put mannik with raspberries in a preheated oven, set the temperature at 170-180 degrees. Baking time will be 40-50 minutes.

We remove the mannik from the mold along with the paper and put it on a flat dish. With cold mannik remove the paper and cut the pie into portions. Cooled mannik is very easily cut, it does not squeeze or crumble. To emphasize the delicate berry flavor of the pie, recommend serving it with green tea.
