Unusual combination Light, delicate salad with an unusual combination - sweet pear slices and juicy grapes perfectly match fresh lollo-salad salad, rich taste of noble Parmesan and sourness of classic apple vinegar dressing and olive oil, perfectly complemented with a pinch of white ground pepper. Such a salad can rightfully be called "female", it is not high-calorie, it will perfectly match meat or fish, juicy and very interesting!
Ingredients:- Lollo Rossa Salad 200 g
- Grapes Kishmish 150 g
- Pear 1 pc.
- Parmesan cheese 35g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Apple vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 pinch
- White pepper ground 1 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare a salad "Fusion" we need grapes sultana, salad lollo-Rossa, parmesan cheese, a small pear, white ground pepper, salt, olive oil, apple cider vinegar.
