Wafers with bacon

Pour the corn flour into a glass of boiling water, mix it. Mix flour with soda and rasp Ingredients: Instructions

Pour the corn flour into a glass of boiling water, mix it. Mix the flour with soda and baking powder, mix whisk. When the corn meal absorbs all the water and cools down to room temperature (this will take about 10 minutes, no less), put it into a large bowl. There we break two eggs. Add the melted and chilled to room temperature butter, whisk thoroughly. Add the dry flour mix to the bowl and whisk until the dry ingredients mix with the liquid. Add milk at room temperature and whisk a little more. Now the most interesting. Add the slightly fried bits of bacon into the dough. There we also add grated cheese. We mix it well and the dough is ready. Warm up the waffle iron. We pour out our dough on a hot waffle iron. Cover the wafer with a lid and cook the wafers until ready (3-5 minutes). Ready-made wafers with bacon are served with a slice of butter. Serve warm. Bon Appetit.
