- Sugar - 1 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Frozen raspberries - 6 Cups
In a saucepan, mix sugar with water, put it on a fire and bring it to a boil. How to boil - reduce heat and cook for another 10 minutes. Fill raspberries with this syrup and let stand for 15-20 minutes. Then, using a blender, grind everything to homogeneity. The resulting mass should be thrown back on a sieve and well drained. On the way out, this is such a thick, sweet sauce. Keep refrigerated.
