Beef scapula or other loin is turned into minced meat. We add egg and spices to the stuffing. Once again, stir well forcemeat. It should be homogeneous and well-shaped. Take a piece of minced meat about the size of a plum, make a cake from it. In the center of the cake we put a mozzarella ball - about the size of a walnut. We carefully turn the meat cake in such a way that the ball turns out of it. The ball must be dense, otherwise the cheese will leak out. Each meat ball must be rolled in a small amount of flour. Then spread the balls on a baking sheet, oiled or covered with baking paper. We put the pan in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes. Then we take out the baking tray, put on each ball a small piece of mozzarella cheese and a half of the cherry tomato. We put in the oven for another 2-3 minutes - and serve it to the table.
