Penne with smoked trout in creamy sauce Pasta is very well combined with seafood, as well as with cream. Such dishes are well saturated without leaving a sense of gravity. To feel the taste of the Mediterranean will allow this simple recipe. Penne is important to take a good quality and boil strictly according to the instructions. Smoked trout can be replaced with pink salmon.
Ingredients:- Pasta figured 150 g
- Trout smoked 100 g
- Olives without seeds 30 g
- Parsley fresh 5 g
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Cream 100 ml
- Salt 2 pinch
- Mixture of Italian herbs 2 g
- Garlic 1 clove
- Step 1 Prepare the main products: figured pasta - penne, cream fat content of 20%, olive oil, parsley, cold smoked trout and olives.
- Step 2 Put penne in accordance with the instructions on the package. In the frying pan, heat olive oil with a clove of garlic, cut into 2 halves. When garlic becomes golden remove it from the pan.
- Step 3 Finish the penne in a colander. Leave in a separate container about 60 ml of salted water, in which pasta was cooked.
- Step 4 Add cream, a pinch of salt and a mixture of Italian herbs to the skillet with garlic butter. Slightly warm the cream, not leading up to a boil.
- Step 5 Add to the cream ready penne and left in advance water, slightly lightly seasoned with herbs. Mix.
- Step 6 Put the finely chopped trout, olives cut into halves and chopped parsley. Remove from heat. Serve hot.
