Sturdy salad with turkey Salad is quite satisfying thanks to the boiled turkey meat, which, along with a pickled cucumber, canned peas and boiled carrots, is cut into neat cubes - the salad turns out to be beautiful in color, orange-green, and very harmonious to taste! Such a salad can become both festive, and diversify the everyday menu! It is prepared quickly, the ingredients are always available (the turkey can be replaced with chicken fillet), and the taste is excellent! I recommend!
Ingredients:- Turkey fillet 300 g
- Pickled cucumbers 3 pcs.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Onion 0.5 pcs.
- Canned peas 1 can
- Mayonnaise 200 g
- Water boiled 200 ml
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar 0.5 tsp.
- Apple vinegar 0.5 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare the salad "Claudia" we need turkey fillet, onions, boiled carrots (I have large carrots, this is important, because carrots should be quite a lot!), Pickled cucumbers, mayonnaise, canned peas. Onions can be marinated, and you can leave fresh - then the salad will be more "cocky" and sharp, I decided to marinate, for this in addition we need water, salt, sugar, apple cider vinegar.
- Step 2 So, we clean the onion, grind it. Fill the onion with cold boiled water and apple cider vinegar, pour salt and sugar, and mix. Leave it for 10 minutes. Then drain the water.
- Step 3 Boil until cooked turkey fillet in salted water, chill, cut into cubes and combine with pickled onions.
- Step 4 We open the jar with canned peas, drain the liquid, and add peas to the salad bowl to meat and onions.
- Step 5 Cooked and cooled carrots are cleaned, cut into small, neat cubes, add to the rest of the ingredients.
- Step 6 Salted cucumbers are also cut into cubes and added to a salad bowl.
- Step 7 Mix all the ingredients.
- Step 8 Dressing the salad with mayonnaise, stir again. Such salad can be immediately served to the table or let it brew for 30 minutes. It can be served in portions or in a common salad bowl!
