Pasta with Bolognese sauce Many people of the older generation with the word "paste" only have one association: something homogeneous, thick, creamy. For example - toothpaste. More than young people and even children know perfectly well that pasta is a great Italian dish of pasta, which is served, as a rule, with different sauces. In general, Italian cuisine is so loved and adopted in our country that pizza, spaghetti, and lasagna have long been considered our, native dishes. The most popular Italian dish can rightfully be considered a spaghetti bolognese, or a pasta with an unusually tasty meat sauce. No such member of the family will refuse such a wonderful dinner or dinner. For pasta, you can use any pasta that your family loves. You can even cook it yourself. Tomatoes for this recipe are usually used canned in their own juice, but you can take and fresh, pre-scalded and peeled. But this is only if the tomatoes are sweet - sour varieties or tasteless greenhouse tomatoes for this dish do not fit. By the way, having learned to prepare this sauce, you can safely take and prepare lasagna.
Ingredients:- Beef tenderloin 500 g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Celery root 300 g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Wine red dry 200 ml
- Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
- Tomato dressing 800 ml
- Basil dry 2 tsp.
- Oregano dry 1 tsp.
- Spaghetti 400 g
- Cheese Parmesan 50 g
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Salt 3 pinch
- Step 1 To make spaghetti with bolognese sauce you need to take celery, carrots, onions, garlic, red wine, spices and tomato dressing - these are tomatoes preserved in their own juice (passed through a meat grinder and without spices).
- Step 2 Beef washed, cut into pieces and twisted in a meat grinder.
- Step 3 In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the mince until ruddy.
- Step 4 Celery, onion, carrot and garlic peel and finely chop.
- Step 5 In a large frying pan or a pan with a thick bottom, heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, and then fry the vegetables - celery, onions, carrots and garlic - 10 minutes to make the onion clear.
- Step 6 Then add the roasted minced meat to the vegetables - mix everything well.
- Step 7 Pour a glass of dry red wine and cook until the smell of alcohol disappears.
- Step 8 Add 800 ml of tomato dressing and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste into the frying pan, stirring to bring to a boil.
- Step 9 Then add 2 teaspoons of dried basil (or you can add a bunch of finely chopped fresh basil) and 1 teaspoon of dry oregano.
- Step 10 Bring to a boil, add salt and pepper to taste. Cook the sauce under the lid on low heat for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Step 11 Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
- Step 12 Grate the parmesan on a fine grater.
- Step 13 Put the sauce on spaghetti, sprinkling everything on top with Parmesan.
