Fountain-cress-salad is also called as nut-cress or corn-cress-salad, and in the Russian-speaking space it is known as corn-salad. The recipe is absolutely simple and the preparation of the salad itself does not take much time. A flavor palette of spring salad will satisfy even gourmets. Ingredients:- Smoked salmon 120 g
- Curd 250g
- Salad Corn 130g
- Radish 150g
- Salt 0.25 tsp.
- Mustard 10 tbsp. l.
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
- Sugar powder 0.25 tsp.
- Rape oil 40 ml
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Step 1 Prepare all the ingredients for the salad: pure root-lettuce, radish, lemon, granular curd, salmon, rapeseed oil, mustard, salt, sugar powder and pepper.
- Step 2 In a small bowl, place mustard, salt and sugar powder.
- Step 3 Add rapeseed oil and 1 tbsp. l. freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Step 4 Mix everything well until a homogeneous sauce. If desired, season with pepper.
- Step 5 Cut the radish into circles, about 3 mm thick.
- Step 6 Salmon tear-cut into large pieces.
- Step 7 All the ingredients are ready and you can spread the salad on the plates.
- Step 8 Each plate is made in batches. First put the salad and spread the radish on top.
- Step 9 In the center lay out pieces of salmon.
- Step 10 Then, carelessly "scatter" the granular cottage cheese.
- Step 11 And then lay out a few spoons of sauce around the salad.
