"Grange" with piquant dressing This salad is unusual due to a combination of ingredients, it is nutritious, perfectly suited to a garnish of rice. Refueling based on mayonnaise and cucumber pickle with the addition of French mustard perfectly combines the pod string beans, pickled cucumbers, ham, pieces of egg omelet and marinated onions, which, together with the mustard seeds, will crunch on your teeth. Delicious!
Ingredients:- Apple vinegar 1.5 tbsp. l.
- Water boiled 150 ml
- Sugar 0.5 tsp.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
- Frozen string beans 150 g
- Ham 150g
- Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs.
- Onion purple 1 pc.
- Pickle bicarbonate 50 ml
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp. l.
- Mustard French (with grains) 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare the grange salad, we need beans, salted cucumbers, chicken eggs, mayonnaise, violet onion, French mustard in beans, sunflower refined oil, apple cider vinegar, warm boiled water, sugar, salt and black ground pepper.
- Step 2 To start, we boil the string beans in salted water until ready, when it is ready - immediately from the boiling water we transfer it to ice water to preserve the color for 1 minute, then drain the water, put the beans on a paper towel to the unnecessary water of the glass. So, the string beans are ready.
- Step 3 Now prepare the bow. We clean it and cut it into thin half rings.
- Step 4 Next we need to marinate the onion. For marinade warm boiled water is combined with apple cider vinegar, sugar and salt, pour onion and leave to marinate for about 10 minutes. After this time, the water is drained. Marinated onion is ready.
- Step 5 Now the eggs and 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise whisk whisk.
- Step 6 On sunflower refined oil fry thin omelets from the resulting egg-mayonnaise mixture. In total, 5 thin egg pancakes were obtained.
- Step 7 Cut the cooled egg pancakes in small strips.
- Step 8 We also cut the ham stripes.
- Step 9 Salted cucumbers also cut into strips to the size of pieces of ham.
- Step 10 We connect prepared cucumbers, ham, pieces of egg pancakes. Stirring.
- Step 11 Prepare the dressing for the salad. We combine mayonnaise, French mustard in beans, cucumber pickle. We mix all the ingredients with a whisk.
- Step 12 Solim and pepper refill to taste. Mix again. The dressing is ready.
- Step 13 Add the pickled onions and the string beans to the salad.
- Step 14 We fix our salad.
