- greenery - 650 Grams (cut into strips)
- olive oil - 3 items. spoons
- garlic - 8 teeth
- spinach - 450 Grams
- red pepper - 1/4 - 1/2 Teaspoons
In a large saucepan bring the salted water to a boil. Blanch the greens for 4 minutes. Immediately douse the greens in a bowl of icy water. Drain, squeeze and set aside. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Fry garlic until golden brown, from 8 to 10 minutes. Remove garlic from the frying pan and set aside. Increase the fire. Add the greens and fry for 5 minutes. Add the spinach, season with salt and red pepper to taste. Fry, stirring frequently, about a minute. Add the garlic and mix. Salad can be served immediately or at room temperature.
